Matcha in Mainz.
Matcha in the fourth dimension: ceremonial matcha, fruit purée and soft serve on top if you like — White or Vegan. Not of this world, but straight outta Gaustrasse.
Four paths.
All made with ceremonial matcha, in 250 ml or 500 ml, with White or Vegan soft serve:
Also: MATCHA SUNSET from the collagen line (water · collagen · matcha · orange, €4 / €6) — not vegan. Everything else on the menu.
Ceremonial.
Ceremonial grade is the highest matcha tier — young-harvested leaves, stone-ground, bright green instead of bitter brown. That is what gets whisked here, broken with fruit purée and crowned with soft serve if you like.
Vegan? Always possible, at no surcharge. Soft serve on top? The system.
Matcha Bowl.
Matcha for the spoon: frozen matcha base on coconut milk, granola underneath, toppings of your choice on top. No additives: no E-numbers, no colorings, no flavorings.
All four bowls (German): Bowls Mainz · the flagship: Açaí Bowl Mainz.
