Stop Schillerplatz, then two minutes up the hill. The tram through Gaustrasse runs Germany's steepest tram track — you will notice.
From Schillerplatz or St. Stephan's — about three minutes each. Chagall windows first, then soft serve. Pilgrimage complete.
Car park at the police headquarters or Schillerplatz, then walk uphill. Parking near Gautor also works — from there it's downhill. With luck, right on Gaustrasse.
