In most ice cream shops, vegan is the one sad flavour on the far right. At Gaust, vegan is half the menu: every soft serve, every tier, every combination comes as a vegan variant — always available, same price, naturally lactose-free.

Does vegan soft serve cost extra at Gaust?
No. Never. Vegan soft serve costs exactly the same as bourbon vanilla: BASED €3, DUNKED €4, DUSTED €4, STACKED €5.
Is the vegan soft serve lactose-free?
Yes — the vegan soft serve is purely plant-based and therefore naturally lactose-free. Preparation happens at an open counter; if you have a severe allergy, talk to the crew.
Which crack-shells and tiers are vegan?
All four tiers come vegan. The DARK, BLUE and STRAWBERRY crack-shells contain no milk — the WHITE CHOC shell contains milk and is not vegan. The Belgian chocolate core in the cone contains milk and is left out for vegan orders.
Are there vegan drinks at Gaust?
Yes: all four matcha flavours in the vegan variant, A$APGATO VEGAN, plain espresso (CRUSH is not vegan), plus cola, slush, water and beer. The collagen drinks are not vegan.
